We are certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) to teach how to administer Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), First Aid, and Basic Life Support (BLS).

We have the new manikins required for the AHA that provides audio and visual feedback on the rate and depth of compressions during CPR training. We guarantee you will leave the class with the skills necessary to effectively administer High-Quality CPR/AED for adults, children, and infants.

Duration: 2-3 Hours. American Heart Association certification provided.
Intended Audience: Teachers, Coaches, Office Workers, new parents, or anyone who wants or needs to learn the life-saving skills of CPR and are not a healthcare professional (healthcare professionals are required to take the more advanced BLS Healthcare Provider class).
Duration: 4-5 Hours. American Heart Association certification provided.
Intended Audience: Recommended for: Teachers, Fitness Trainers, Security Guards, and Laypeople.
The CPR, AED, and First Aid Class covers: How to Administer Adult, Child, and Infant CPR,
how to Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and Special Considerations,
how to Assist Conscious and Unconscious Choking Victims and Basic First Aid.
Duration: 4-5 Hours. American Heart Association certification provided.
Intended Audience: Recommended for: Preschools, Daycare, Child Care Workers, Parents, School Bus drivers, and Babysitters.

Part 1 – A self-paced series of online training modules (3o min – 2 hours based on experience)
Part 2 – Skills practice and test at our facility (15 – 30 minutes)
Intended Audience: Teachers, Coaches, Office Workers, new parents, or anyone who wants or needs to learn the life-saving skills of CPR and are not a healthcare professional
Duration: Around 3 Hours
Intended Audience: Nurses, Doctors, Hospital/Clinic personnel, Dental Workers, or anyone interested in the healthcare field.

These courses can be taken either in a traditional classroom setting, a blended learning setting (with some online course work required before an in-person skill session), or an on-site location. The same 2-year certification is administered for each type of session.
